A lead generation programme was hitting its volume target but falling well short on pipeline conversion. Lead volume was strong. SQOs were not. The objective was to identify why the gap existed and what was driving it.
A large share of new users were churning within 90 days, typically after a single session. The product worked. The users did not return. The brief was to design an onboarding email sequence that moved users from one use to repeated engagement.
Two thirds into a quarter, the portfolio was tracking well below its conversion target. Leadership needed to understand where the gap was originating, which markets were responsible, and whether there was a path to closing it before quarter end.
A fitness studio operating entirely in person had days to move online when lockdown was announced. The brief was to build the full digital infrastructure from scratch: live sessions, memberships, on-demand content, challenges, payment processing, and automated communications.
Two clients were at risk of not renewing due to low platform adoption. One was a non-profit in the UK struggling with onboarding complexity. The other was a large organisation in the Netherlands facing language-barrier challenges blocking adoption across teams.
An electronics manufacturer began the engagement at 50 contracted marketing service hours. Within six months they had expanded to 120. The growth was not sold. It was earned through the quality and impact of work delivered.
